Bill has played Classic Rock, Blues, and Jazz in the St. Louis region for many years. He has enjoyed playing with small groups to large, and always with an emphasis on vocals / harmony; no matter what style of music was currently his favorite.

Bill, an electronic technician, working with sound systems and amplifiers in various configurations has a flair for making sounds and effects extremely interesting. With his creative style performing music with synthesizers and electronics, he has always had a peak level for gadgetry.

Mark has been a member of many bands in Missouri and Illinois . He’s as comfortable in a recording studio as he is on stage. Mark enjoys owning and playing all drums, but has a soft spot for vintage Ludwig’s. Mark also enjoys his very large collection of drums which by no stretch is incredible!

Mark’s strong and steady beat and style is the back bone of Roughcut. With his style, he has been nicknamed; “Marcus Watts” (After Charlie Watts of the Rolling Stones).  With his beat and true sound drives the dancing and creates uncontrollable toe tapping and head bopping. The Boy has the Rhythm!

Mark’s influences include Neil Peart of Rush, Charlie Watts, Mitch Mitchell and John Bohham.

Born and raised in Rochester New York, and has Lived in St. Louis area since 1994.

His past bands include: Slight Return Rosewell; SCI; and Scooters Groove.

Influences - Grew up on steady diet of Beatles, Genesis, and Yes. Love Jaco, Chris Squire, Stanly Clarke, and Sir Paul.

Biggest joy- my wife Dawn, she is the most supportive, loving woman I have ever met. And, my inspiration!

Rick, founder and bone daddy of Roughcut, was introduced to music at an early age of 4. Performing Beatle music as a duo with his brother at his age of 7, took to the stage with much enthusiasm.  Later through high school, pursued a career in drums performing in various bands for the next 20 plus years.

Within the last 10 Plus years Rick transcended to the guitar where his style and influences from such artists as Eric Clapton, Gary Moore and Stevie Ray Vaughn have molded his style of blues with a bit of an electric edge. And, within the past few years he has added some keyboard to his repertoire along with various studio recording sessions and projects.

 Rick loves to engage the crowd with the combined comedy antics of Roughcut and keep the show lively, fun, and continues his passion for performing music.
